On March 14th, 2024, amplía))) had the honor of participating in an important dissemination event for the SecBluRed project, held at the prestigious iLabs. During this event, the latest advances in the project were presented, and innovations in cybersecurity for IIoT environments were discussed.
Our presentation, titled “Innovation in IIoT Security with Dynamic Behavior Analysis and Distributed Ledgers”, captured the attention of the participants. In this session, we explored how UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) modeling and the use of DLTs (Distributed Ledger Technologies) are emerging as highly effective solutions to current cybersecurity challenges.
We referenced real-world use cases to demonstrate the effectiveness of these technologies. Attendees were able to see how these tools can significantly enhance current strategies for proactive detection and incident response, a critical aspect in protecting connected industrial infrastructures.
Our discussion focused on the advantages we aim to achieve within the SecBluRed project, with the goal of improving resilience and information protection in IIoT systems. As we highlighted, the combination of UEBA and DLTs offers a robust approach to anticipating potential threats, enabling a faster and more effective response.
This event not only served to share knowledge but also to strengthen relationships with other experts and entities interested in industrial cybersecurity. amplía)))’s presentation underscored our commitment to innovation and our continuous search for solutions that ensure a safer future for the connected industry.
